How to order

Ready-to-ship items

1. Choose the product and options (size/colour/material) and click “Add to cart”.
2. Open your cart, apply a discount code if you have one, and click “Checkout”.
3. Enter your details and address, choose a courier, and request a tax invoice if needed.
4. Pay by credit/debit card or PromptPay QR via Stripe.
5. You’ll receive a confirmation email and can track your order any time.

Made-to-order items (name/logo)

1. Choose a product marked “Custom”.
2. Type the text you want and upload your logo (JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, etc.).
3. Pay as usual.
4. We send a proof via LINE or email before production.
5. After approval, production takes 2–5 business days, then we ship with tracking.
