Shipping policy

Handling time

• Ready-to-ship: dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment.
• Made-to-order: 2–5 business days of production after proof approval (large or special jobs are scheduled case by case).

Couriers

Choose at checkout: Flash Express, Kerry Express (KEX), Thailand Post EMS, Nim Express (best for large items) or pickup at our shop in Tak. Transit is about 1–3 business days; remote areas may take longer.

Shipping fees

Calculated from total weight and courier, always shown before payment. Free-shipping promotions apply as announced.

Packaging

Items are packed with protective materials; acrylic pieces carry a protective film — peel it off after installation.

Tracking

Once shipped you’ll receive an email with the tracking number, also visible on the Track order page.
